We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and after examination, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Important Note:
i) No returns will be allowed, and all sales are final after the 15-day return period. We are unable to accept or process any returns received by us after 15 days from the date of the customer receiving the item.
ii) Returns are not accepted for any items that have been used or dismissed or sold as non-returnable.
iii) Please note that the shipping costs, import duty & taxes for returning an order will be on the account of the buyer.
iv) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
v) Parcels returned due to a wrong delivery address or failure to accept or pick up a parcel is not covered by refunds.
vi) Large quantity orders that have been produced on demand (non-stock items), as well as custom made products, cannot be returned without well-grounded reasons.
