At GoldTrove, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of making the purchase. We’ll provide a full refund for cancellations made within this timeframe. However, for cancellations made after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
Refund Policy
GoldTrove is committed to your happiness and our product quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. For returns unrelated to product quality, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply return the item in its original condition, and we will process a refund, minus any shipping charges.
